Top 10 dental marketing New Year's resolutions

Software of Excellence's National User Day Conference returns this year at two locations - The Emirates Stadium, London on 25 March and The Lowry Centre, Manchester on 24 June.

The User Day will be filled with new product launches and industry updates from SoE's managing director Brian Weatherly.

This year, Brian will be looking at what has happened in the industry and in the wider economic environment since the last User Day and demonstrating the ways in which SoE can help practices overcome challenges at this time.

Joining Brian will be Ashley Latter, aka the Selling Coach, and Chris Barrow.

A question and answer sessions after each presentation will give delegates the opportunity to ask advice on specific areas of interest.

Customer feedback has led Software or Excellence to develop a variety of helpful workshops and the afternoon sessions of the User Day will involve Product Training with SoE trainers.

Each session will last approximately one hour and will show practices how to put the key messages from the morning's speakers into action.

Throughout the day there will also be a Support Cyber Café where delegates can receive live support and advice on any aspect of the EXACT system and its modules.

Attracting seven hours CPD, the SoE User Day will be an interactive and thought provoking experience suitable for every member of the team, from reception staff right through to practice managers and principals.

Tickets are available at £99 per person or £250 for three tickets and can be reserved by calling 0845 345 5767.
