The Company exclusively distrubutes products from leading manufacturers worldwide.

Technical support and service is considered vital for all products.

A dedicated Service Department fulfills this role.

Our future plans include the supply of high tech data, image recording and transfer systems for all areas of medicine, plus consolidating our position in the areas in which we specialise. Additional new products will be brought to market in line with our mission statement.

Products

DP Medical introduced the Global Dental Microscope into the United Kingdom in the mid 1990s and they are now in extensive use by both specialist and general dentist alike. Global Microscopes are also to be found in virtually every dental school in the UK, playing a vital role in dental education.

Surgitel Telescopic Magnifying Loupes followed shortly after the Global microscope and are now in common use throughout dentistry.

Service and Support

Throughout our company’s history we have provided and excelled in our provision of after sales support, which is second to none.

With over fifty years combined experience of service provision we can provide skilled, manufacturer trained engineers to support and resolve installation and service matters in a timely fashion. We are proud of our strong customer relationships with over 1000 customers using our services.

Geographically placed engineers allow us to have nationwide coverage including Southern Ireland. The engineers are controlled by a centrally located help desk within our head office. This is manned by fully trained operators with multiple incoming telephone lines.

We can provide a range of services which include pre-installation inspection and recommendations, installations, pre-arranged and emergency service visits and in house repairs.

All equipment is quality inspected and tested in our dedicated pre-delivery area at our head office prior to installation

With the inclusion of a service contract we can provide our customers with preventative maintenance visits, which have proven to extend the life of your equipment and reducing the chance of failure.
